Request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number within 30 calendar days from receipt of your order.
All returns require an RGA number and need to be in like “new” (unused) condition, without showing signs of wear or damage and returned with all original packaging.
A copy of the original sales receipt/packing slip must accompany all returns.
Ensure the RGA number is clearly visible on the outside surface of the shipping container.
Returns will not be accepted without a valid RGA number.
Items returned without contacting us prior to returning, will NOT be accepted.
Items returned between 30 to 90 calendar days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Items returned after 90 calendar days will not be accepted.
All special or custom order items, including tools & electrical items, are considered not returnable for any reason other than a manufacturer’s product defect.
Refunds involving electrical items are contingent upon inspection &/or re-testing of the item by the product’s manufacturer. Please allow 30-60 calendar days for this process to be complete & credit issued if an item is found to be a manufacturer’s defect.
